I began photographing the natural world around me over 30 years ago in an effort to capture the beauty of the landscapes and wildlife of Colorado and beyond. I started out with a 35mm Pentax SLR film camera and later added a Pentax 645 medium format film camera before switching to digital cameras. In 2017, I switched to the Nikon D810.
